Glowlead (Glowlink Leadership) is aimed at nurturing and developing the leadership skills in women world wide. In Africa, women face barriers that limit us in attaining the highest level of power and leadership because we are not taken seriously. We serve as role models to encourage and provide guidance, direction and motivation through educational programs, leadership empowerment seminars, and training projects.

Glowlead is in pursuit of changing lives through our testimonies, introducing the word of God in their lives and helping them become successful and independent women. The modern woman today is an inventor, CEO, president, innovative thinker, a woman of God, etc. She stands out to impact the world with what she has instead of being dependent on others. The modern woman today must find purpose to live.

Closing the gap between the desire for excellent leadership in women and the reality of failed leadership in women requires a unique approach to training and development. GlowLead creates leadership development programs that are successful in the eyes of women.

We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”
